7. What if it rains?
All castles have built in shower covers and we do still deliver castles on days where light rain and showers are expected. Light showers don’t usually affect the hire. Heavier rain will make the front step slippery and even with a shower cover, eventually the castle will get wet inside. You can also cancel your event prior to delivery without charge.

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side for safety reasons. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be placed.

9. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack away. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on the size of the castle you hire.

10. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes, The age limit for all our castles is 14. This is to ensure the terms of the pulic liability insurance are meet. We also recommend that you try not to mix large age groups when using the castle. This is to avoid smaller children being hurt by older children.

18. Do you hire out castles for parties indoors?
Our castles are very popular for indoor hires especially over winter. We also have a castle with no roof to fit into nearly any hall. When hiring a larger castle the venue will need to be a minimum of 14ft high and have mains power. We can view your venue to make sure, if in doubt.

19. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
If it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this when you are booking. We can view your venue to make sure, if in doubt.

20. Can the bouncy castle be set up on concrete or monoblock?
Yes. We can put a Bouncy castle on grass, slabs or monoblock. If you have a small area of chips these will have to be covered before set up.

You as the hirer have a duty of care to ensure the equipment is being used correctly and safely at all times as outline in the the conditions of hire.
